Nov 2 shipping cost update 

If you've made an order before Nov 2, you may be eligible to add items for free to offset the extra shipping costs you've paid! Please check out the shipping cost spreadsheet to calculate your order weight and see if you can add more items (only possible if your order is unfulfilled; check your order status first)! I can also apply the offset as a discount if you want to add a more expensive item (but it must not change your shipping cost). 

If your order is fulfilled, email me and I'll refund you the offset amount (or add free items if you make a second order)!

How does shipping work? 

Shipping can take a long time because Mio is doing it on her own; if your order hasn't shipped and you are moving addresses, please let me know! 

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use https://parcelsapp.com to track your order using your tracking number. Other common tracking websites will be inaccurate.

How do tips and order notes work?

There is an option to add order notes when you go into your cart. You can add specific notes for packing. 

Tips all go 100% to me. I appreciate tips, but I'd rather you use the money to add more items to your cart instead! I would like to get rid of my overflowing stock! Thank you! 

You can ask for the dakis and mousepads to be wrapped with something opaque in the order notes. 

*Cow mousepads will be wrapped in opaque packaging by default. 

Extra stuff: orders above 70$ (excluding shipping) receive an A5 sized artbook until they run out! If you donated at least 50$ in my 2025 birthday donothon, please note what name/username you used in your order notes so I can sign your artbook.

All orders by default come with a Sonaria guild business card + 2.0 polaroid card from last merch run. If you'd like an additional one, please let me know through the order notes. 

IF YOU CALLED DIBS PLEASE write down in the order notes that you did so along with your discord username !!!!!! If you don’t do this I lose items !! 

I want to cancel/edit/add to my order!

 

Please send in a request through the contact form with your order number. Miori will manually edit it for you. If you want to add or remove items, please send in a message through the contact form! PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A SECOND ORDER. Please send an email so I can edit your first order.
