Please write your name and address in English. The post office does not take non-English characters to be inputted into their system. 

How does shipping work? 

Shipping can take a long time because Mio is doing it on her own; if your order hasn't shipped and you are moving addresses, please let me know! 

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use https://parcelsapp.com to track your order using your tracking number. Other common tracking websites will be inaccurate.

How do tips and order notes work?

There is an option to add order notes when you go into your cart. You can add specific notes for packing. 

Tips all go 100% to me. I appreciate tips, but I'd rather you use the money to add more items to your cart instead! I would like to get rid of my overflowing stock! Thank you!

Extra stuff: orders above 90$ (excluding shipping) receive an A5 sized artbook until they run out (not guaranteed). 

I want to cancel/edit/add to my order!

Please send in a request through the contact form with your order number. Miori will manually edit it for you. If you want to add or remove items, please send in a message through the contact form! PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A SECOND ORDER. Please send an email so I can edit your first order.
