Please write your name and address in English. The post office does not take non-English characters to be inputted into their system. (If you live in Korea, please write it in Korean // 한국분들은 한국어로 주소 써주시면 됩니다)

How does shipping work? 

Slow shipping can be very slow (can take anywhere from 1~5 months). PLEASE, please send me an email if you're moving soon or you need to receive it ASAP and you need your order prioritized. (I recommend fast shipping if you're in a rush.) 

Customers in Europe applying for slow shipping: your order may take up to 6 months to arrive because they're especially slow. I heavily suggest switching to fast shipping, the extra cost is really worth it.   

Shipping fees are by weight. If you’re using the discounted slow shipping option, your shipping fees stay the same until you first hit 0.8kg for the smallest order. You can calculate your order weight using the provided weights of products in their descriptions. 

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE use https://parcelsapp.com to track your order using your tracking number. Other common tracking websites will be inaccurate. 

 

I'm a channel member, I want extra stuff!

There is an option to add order notes when you go into your cart. Please send image links showing your channel membership status, membership length, and your youtube username.

When Miori checks your membership loyalty and tier, she may include some extra things in your package! (Note: Rookie Beerpals are ineligible.) Those who have been membered for at least 6 months by the time of placing their order have a higher chance of receiving something extra. 

You can use websites like imgur or catbox to convert your images to a url. 

Edit: Sonaria enamel pins were initially reserved for beerpals, but I decided to give them to all beerpals and orders over 60$ usd! 

 

How do tips and order notes work?

There is an option to add order notes when you go into your cart. You can ask for discreet packaging, opt out of kisses on prints for orders over 200$, ask Miori to address a signed print signature to something specific (e.g wish me happy birthday or please write thank you to my nickname), or ask Miori to sign one of your items (99% chance she'll say no). 

If you ordered a print, I can kiss one of the prints if your order amount is over 200$ USD. (Beerpals made me do this, you can opt out in the order notes if you want!)

Tips all go 100% to me. If you gave tips there is a higher chance of receiving extra goodies (like snacks)! Consider tipping if you can. 

You can ask for the dakis and mousepad to be wrapped with something opaque in the order notes. 

 

Are the poster signatures real or printed?

Signature add-ons are handwritten by Miori. They are not pre-printed. 

(Yes, she has to sign 400+ posters.)

 

I want to cancel/edit/add to my order!

Please send in a request through the contact form with your order number. Miori will manually edit it for you. If you want to add or remove items, please send in a message through the contact form! PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A SECOND ORDER. Please send an email so I can edit your first order.
